To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexqentora is not liable for:

- Losses arising from investment decisions
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Service interruption or technical problems

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic based in Bratislava.
